Sharing and Comparing

Hello My Fabulous friends!! Quick question: Have you ever actually thought about what the real difference is between buying a brand like Nars or being able to save some dough and going for buying the Sephora brand? Well i'm here to tell you today that Sephora brand makeup is the BEST!! This weekend I went shopping with my roomie to Sephora at the Beverly Center in hopes to finding the perfect sky blue eyeliner. I immediately get a huge rush when I walk through the door of Sephora because of their aisle after aisle that are filled from floor to ceiling with the most amazing products in the world!! I was on a mission this particular day because I have seen nothing but page after page in everyone major fashion and beauty magazine that color eyeliner is all the rage! I went for sky blue to of course bring out the blue in my eyes :) The cheapest in price and best color quality I could find in that entire Sephora store was only the Sephora band itself. It was $8.00 for the liner and the color lasts through out the entire day. I could not be happier with my decision to buy the bargain brand and I will do nothing but shop the Sephora brand from here on out! So to all my young gorgeous beauties my tip for you today in these harsh economic times is to not give up on your products, just get new ones, and definitely get Sephora brand color cosmetics I promise you-you will not be disappointed! First Beauty Blog

Hello World!! My name is Brooke Nelson and I am a total Beauty junkie. I have been obsessed with color cosmetics, fragrance, and spa products since I was a little girl. I have known ever since I was 5 that I wanted to give people makeovers and make them feel beautiful. I grew up dolling up the faces of every friend and family member I have and still do that to this day. I worked in a Aveda salon and spa as a receptionist when I was 17 and I got to do clients makeup there. I never loved a job more then that job! So now I'm a student at FIDM studying Beauty Industry merchandising and marketing. My dream is to work in the beauty industry and in marketing or product development. I also want to do some makeup artistry work too because I love to be creative, and try out new beauty trends. One of my favorite things to do is to go Sephora and look at all the products and play with everything I see. I could spend hours and hours there just exploring and trying new colors of eyeshadow and smelling new perfumes. I feel really blessed that I have found something that I love so much and am so passionate about it. I hope to do nothing but keep learning and strive in this industry. until next time remember beauty comes from within and always be true to yourself :)
